Automatic Loan Payment Options
Making payments to your Credit Union loan or line of credit is made easier with one of our automatic payment options. Choose from any of the following below:

- Prefer to have your monthly loan payment automatically deducted from your Credit Union Account? Simply contact a Credit Union representative at (513) 559-1234 to request a payment deduction authorization form be mailed or emailed to you.
- Phone in a payment request to the credit union asking us to debit your account at another financial institution. Call (513) 559-1234 Ext.1326 to complete the telephone request.
- Transfer funds from your credit union account yourself by securely logging into your account on TELLIE ON-LINE or TELLIE Mobile App. Not a TELLIE user yet? Stop in to any branch location to begin the registration process.
- For NO FEE, request a monthly recurring electronic debit from another financial institution account. To begin the process, please contact a Credit Union representative at (513) 559-1234 to request a payment deduction authorization form be mailed or emailed to you.
- If available, you may request another financial institution to establish a monthly recurring bill payment that would send your monthly loan payment to the Credit Union. Inquire with your other financial institution about their bill pay services and provide them with your Credit Union membership account number, Credit Union loan number, payment amount, and our Routing # 242076672.
